We all love Magnesium and what it can do. All our products are Handmade using Food Grade Magnesium Chloride. Research has suggested that putting Magnesium on our skin can be  more beneficial than taking it internally. the Term is called Trans dermally.  Magnesium is said to help and assist with leg cramps, Restless legs, anxiety, sleep, aches and discomfort. We produce 2 products at Oilyfolk. Magnesium Spray and Magnesium Cream. Our Magnesium Cream come in 2 products. One with Essential Oil added, and without. Our Magnesium Spray is in one size 100ml Amber Glass Bottle.
